The Log Pile

Writer's picture: judibreretonjudibrereton

I was collecting some wood from the log pile when one piece caught my eye. It looked just like the tail of a squirrel. So, out came the glue gun and some hessian and I started to create.

For the tail I wound thin strips of hessian around pipe cleaners. The arms were made in the same way and, in one of many 'jumble boxes' I found a tinyeartshaped piece of veneer just perfect for the face.

An hour later it was finished and mounted on another log together with a tiny succulent plant.

You can probably guess what I did next!

Back te log pile for more inspiration.
